Rosé Summer Sangria

The inevitable end of summer is here (but lucky for me, mine is just about to begin!) Sadly, it’s time to say goodbye to summer Fridays, bikinis and beach days, rooftop parties and backyard BBQ’s. But you have to end the summer with a bang. So, while you’re winding down these last few summer days, make yourself some rosé sangria and savor #SUMMER2017 down to the last drop!

Rosé Summer Sangria


  • 1 bottle of sparkling rosé or regular rosé (see recommendations below)
  • 1/4 cup vodka (brandy can be substituted)
  • 1 1/2 cups blackberries and blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups quartered peaches

NOTE:  If you’re using a regular dry rosé wine (not brut) you will need to add 1 1/2 cups seltzer


  • Prepare the fruit first and put into a small bowl. Pour 1/4 cup of the rosé over the top and let it sit in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
  • In a pitcher, pour in the remaining rosé with the vodka
  • Remove the fruit from the refrigerator and add to the liquid mixture
  • Leave the pitcher in the fridge for about 1 hour or until chilled
  • Pour over some ice, top with some garnish (orange or grapefruit slice) and serve
